Why am I so excited about life (even though sometimes it sucks)?

To excitedly enjoy life, we need to feel secure. It doesn’t matter what people think of me. Dreams of rejection/abandonment. Fear of people not liking us is very common.

To be secure, we need to know our identity.

Who am I? Identity in career, cultural group, (farming, engineering, Yorkshire, mini pickup, etc.) Fixing clutch in car – my old identity – nice to revisit how I used to be, but now more of a people person – can take it or leave it. Read the rest of this entry »

Sam Ogunbiyi – Sunday 2nd August 2009

Sam Ogunbiyi, speaking about God’s will for our finances.

Sam is a surgeon, specialising in acute surgery and has been working with the NHS in Dumfries and Galloway for the past couple of years. Later this month he’s moving, along with his wife and children to Sheffield, to take up a new post there.
